We currently ship within the continental United States only.
Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Timing
Shipping times vary based on location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Perishable Items
Because our confections, shortbread cookies, and cakes are food items, we take great care in packaging. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Due to the perishable nature of our confections, shortbread cookies, cakes, and other food items, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products unless an order arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
We may request photos to help us review the situation. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accommodated.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days after the return or claim has been processed. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
